Step 1
Fill in the application form and hit submit!
Call our broker *to discuss the mortgage product you are looking for.
Call our solicitor *with your instructions.
Step 2
You will receive a letter from us with details of
the bridging facility which we can offer.
If you agree with the offer and wish to proceed, please sign the
letter and enclose the administration fee.
We will then notify the mortgage broker and solicitor of your
request.
Step 3
Our funds will be lodged with the solicitor when you
are ready to exchange.
On completion , our funds will be used to purchase the property
for cash.
Your re-mortgage funds are then used to settle the account.
We then deduct our bridging fund fees and the solicitor provides
you with the balance.
Fees
ClosedBridging.com specialises in one
day closed bridging loans. We charge
0.75% plus an administration fee of
£195.00 to deal with the paperwork,
regardless of the amount being borrowed.
We can arrange amounts
up to £600,000 from our in-house Fund
Investors on a Principle Lender Status.
